We want to make sure that every senior receives the services they are paying for and are treated fairly, with dignity and respect. Whether that means accompanying a senior to the doctor, visiting them in the hospital, or making sure a caregiver is accountable, we are constantly assessing to make sure that their needs are being met. We will go to bat for them if they aren't. 

Many times family or loved ones cannot be with the senior they are concerned about. Whether they live at a distance, are busy with other commitments or are just temporarily away, they need someone they can trust to tell them what is actually going on! 

For example, a senior may go to the doctor and completely forget what was discussed or recommended, leaving the family to falsely believe that everything is status quo. A senior may tell their family that everything is just fine at home when that is not at all the case! Rest assured that we will be the eyes and ears for family, and give a detailed report after every visit.
