We realize that you want to feel comfortable with the person you choose to help you. That's why we offer an initial FREE consultation with no obligation, so that you can meet us in person and learn more about our services. 

Once you have agreed to let us help you, we want to spend some time learning more about you, your needs, goals, and preferences, as well as your support system. Then we will analyze your information and create a customized Care Plan based on your goals.  

After your Care Plan is created, you have two options. You can either carry out the plan yourself or have us partner with you to implement and oversee it.  

It's always up to you to determine how much you would like
